  • The service RiverofMemories offers you to create a user account. With this account you are able to create a memorial website. If you have created a memorial website you are a website host.


Managing and Creating a Site :

  •  A memorial website is something very special and we want to give you as a website host the`option`to decide who sees your memorial website.

    If you look into the menu at Site Settings you will see the`option`marked public or private.

    Public means everybody visiting the website RiverofMemories can view your memorial website and private means only the visitors invited and approaved by you can view your memorial website.


  • If you have created a memorial website the service of RiverofMemories will be free for 14 days. After 14 days your memorial website will be archieved. Archieved means you will not be able to see the memorial website any more. If you want your memorial website to stay viewable than you have to pay a fee, you have to sponsor the memorial website.

  • We do not allow pornographic material on the site. Nor do we support images for the use of spam. Accounts found using these will be cancelled.


  • Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. All personal information is stored on our secure servers and will only be used for its intended purpose.


Site Pricing/Sponsorship :
  • You may cancel your account and/or use of any service provided through the website ROM, providing written notice to service[at]RiverofMemories[dot]com . If you cancel or terminate your account or any services or upon expiration of your account or service, your cancellation/termination/expiration will take effect immediately.

  • Creating a Memorial Website is free.

  • Your Memorial Website will be available online at no charge to you for a 14`day`trial period.
    •  
  • Sponsoring your Memorial Website will prevent it from being archived at the completion of the trial period.

  • The sponsorship will cost only 2.99USD per month.

  • There are no additional fees beyond the Memorial Website sponsorship.

  •  
  • You may cancel a Memorial Website sponsoring by providing written notice to service[at]RiverofMemories[dot]com .

  • If you cancel or terminate Memorial Website sponsoring upon expiration of your Memorial Website effect immediately.
